This hat is very cute. The material is nice and soft. The two issues are, the inside liner is a weird, non-soft material, also the liner should be black, not white. The other issue is the hat is so big. We are going to keep it because it is so cute. I am hoping the "bigness" will be add to the cuteness of the hat when it is on!

Item came a bit late but it came as described and in wonderful condition. They have reat communication as well. Only con I see was that it was a little slow in shipment

Not even close to what is advertised. It was sown inside out, its way too big, has a weird large white circle between the eyes, the tag is on the outside, the band on the bottom's seam is horrible and inside out, the eyes aren't even close to what in the picture either... It is completely different than the picture. We will be returning this.
